Pragati Desai, CPA
Pragati has worked in public accounting since 2009 and obtained her CPA license in January 2013. She graduated from Mumbai University with an undergraduate degree in Accountancy and went on to receive her MBA in the same subject. She also has a second MBA from Fresno State. She has worked with KPMG and JPMorgan Chase in India, London, and Hong Kong. After moving to Fresno in 2007, she worked for a local CPA firm for fourteen years before joining Price Paige & Company. She is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA).
Pragati has wanted to be an accountant since she was five years old, but she also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors. Pragati is a foodie and loves trying new cuisines, but she also values delicious traditions like baking and decorating an annual Easter Bunny cake with her children!
