Sam received a business degree with dual emphasis in finance and international business from Fresno Pacific University in 2006. After realizing the potential of an accounting career, Sam started working for a public accounting firm in 2007 and earned his CPA license in 2011. In 2015 he joined Price Paige, and has since become a valuable member of the tax and audit departments, helping clients primarily in the agriculture, construction, and service industries.

The constant challenges that public accounting offers are not the only challenges Sam enjoys. When Sam isn’t mentoring his peers or working on projects, you can find him in the mountains enjoying a hike, or spinning a basketball on his finger for a very—very, very, very— long time. Though in the summer when it’s 100 degrees and up, you can usually find Sam in Monterey or Carmel, where it’s much cooler.

Did You Know: If Sam weren’t an accountant, he’d be traveling the world—but Italy has nothing on the Central Valley; he’d rather come back to get some of his favorite pizza from Popolo’s.
