In 1976, Bob Price and John Paige left a national CPA firm and decided to strike out on their own to create something special. As demand for the firm’s services grew, professional staff and a third partner were added in the late 80s. In 1994, as the firm was looking to expand its breadth of services in the financial reporting and audit arenas, Fausto Hinojosa and Mitchell Buckley joined the firm. The rest is history.
