Alfonso graduated from Fresno State in the spring of 2025 with a degree in accounting—and getting there was definitely a journey. Before landing on accounting, he explored a few different paths, including nursing, culinary arts, and math. Each one taught him something new, but none of them felt like the right fit. After taking some time off from school, Alfonso decided to come back and give business a try. He didn’t know what to expect, but the moment he took his first accounting class, Alfonso knew he had found something he really connected with.

Before starting his career at Price Paige & Company, Alfonso spent eight years working at The UPS Store #6629, where he eventually became a manager. That job helped him grow so much—not just as a worker, but as a person. It was a franchise run by an amazing family, and leaving them was one of the hardest parts of moving on. They always believed in Alfonso and supported his decision to pursue a career he’d be passionate about, and for that, he’ll always be grateful. Alfonso says thank you to the Montejano Family.

Now, Alfonso is excited to be part of the team at Price Paige & Company. He’s looking forward to learning, growing, and seeing where this new chapter takes him.

Fun Fact: Every holiday season, Alfonso gets together with his family to make tamales—it’s one of his favorite traditions. It’s a chance to celebrate their culture, share stories, and spend time with the people who mean the most to him.
