Sarai Rodriguez
Sarai received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in the Accountancy option in December of 2019, and soon after, she began at PPC. She worked in the business industry collectively for ten years, primarily as an administrative/finance assistant. This role led her to realize that accounting was her calling, something she was passionate about and wanted to pursue more.
She has been happily married to her husband for 14 years with two beautiful girls and two fur babies. She loves spending time with her family and her dogs—both rescues, a chiweenie and a boxer. She has a big family with three sisters and one brother, and her extended family is even bigger. They love to get together on the weekends to eat good food, dance, and enjoy each other’s company. She genuinely loves to be busy because it keeps her going and forces her to stay organized. In the future, she plans to continue her education with her CPA license.
Fun Fact: Sarai’s favorite family tradition is celebrating Mexico’s Independence Day on September 16. Her family gets together and cooks up some yummy Mexican cuisine, all dressed up in their Mexican outfits. Her family’s heritage lies in the city that the cry for independence was made—Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato. This holiday holds a special place in her family’s hearts and she hopes to pass it down to future generations!
